4.6 Dormant Accounts. Any remaining balance will be preserved and accessible upon account reactivation.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. 10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
